a tender embrace in the city's heart
great staffbalcony roomlimited ventilation
from the very first moment, i felt welcomed. the staff showed such attentiveness and care, especially tracy and mikkelsen. our room featured a balcony and i enjoyed western foods and vietnamese delicacies.
our windowless room, although cozy, did lacked air ventilation. i notice some sounds from nearby rooms and the corridor.

The breakfast was GOOD. It included pho and yoghurt. The shower in my room had EXCELLENT water pressure, which I appreciated after a long day.
It caused some noise early in the morning.

i found the breakfast good each morning. the staff were friendly. i especially liked ending my evenings with drinks at the rooftop bar. it had a beautiful view of the lake.
my room had no air ventilation and was noisy. i could hear sounds from other rooms and the corridor. it wasn't a relaxing experience due to the constant disturbances.

the staff was cute and helpful with directions. they arranged transportation and provided helpful tips! breakfast had a good variety, including local dishes and fresh fruit. the rooftop bar offered nice city views at night. i especially liked the comfortable bed and pillows in the room. the room was odorless.
The decor showed some minor wear and tear, needing slight touch-ups. It could use a little update!
